Twenty years ago, the idea of having a hi-tech home for the masses was considered a fantasy; however nine years ago it became a reality, but only for the super-rich.

Thing have moved on yet again, for now these things if not all are affordable to most people, and part of our everyday life. No longer is a door entry camera unique, automatic music systems, cameras in every room, switches operated by mobile phones, or devices in your car that preheats it before you leave for work. The level of technology has moved on and is now standard in most countries.
